Natural Church Development

The Church Council decided in its March 2008 meeting to begin a new plan for revitalization and health. We are pursuing the themes found in scripture, particularly in Ephesians 4 where the the church, body of Christ, is described as healthy, growing and filled with love for all people.

Our Church Council adopted the Natural Church Development concept. It is a way of releasing the God-given potential that exists within every church. NCD is a simple process of learning about our church and seeking to make targeted improvements in areas that our own congregation believes can be improved. It is based on scripture and the shared knowledge of the 55,000 Christian congregations around the world that are participating.

The first step, after information has been shared throughout the congregation, is to have members complete a four page survey. Details will come soon about when this will take place.
